The iDempiere conference is a fun and visual event and we love to share pictures of the event with the world via social media and through the official channels. What is the most important thing in our community? People! We also know that not everyone wants to be photographed. You will likely see an official community member taking pictures and/or recording videos at the event.
When possible — for example when photographing a single person or small group — we will get verbal permission from those being photographed. When photographing larger settings like the keynotes or exhibit floor, it may be difficult or impossible to get everyone’s permission. If you do not want to appear in any official picture, please let us know in advance.
We will do our very best to be respectful of every attendee’s wishes. We also encourage attendees to take and share their own photographs as long as they respect the guidelines mentioned above.
